2. You can have complete confidence in the security of your email address, name, physical address, or any other information shared with Poster Art Solutions. All information collected by us stays with us. We do not sell, rent, or exchange mailing lists with others. This is our promise to you.

3. If for any reason you are unsatisfied upon receiving your canvas transfer, you may return it within thirty days after its arrival for a complete refund. Plain posters are returnable only if there is an actual defect with the print. If you want to return an item please email us at orders@posterartsolutions.com
and we will provide you with a return authorization number.

4..We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. If you prefer not to give your credit card information over the Internet, then we gladly accept orders by phone at 800-537-3394 (business days, M-F 8:30am - 4:30pm ET). You may also pay by check or money order. If you decide to pay by check or money order go ahead and go through the normal check out process and you will be given the option to select check or money order as your payment method. 6. All shipping is handled by UPS.

7. UPS ground shipping is free for all orders over $35.00. For all orders under $35.00 ground shipping is 5.99. We also offer UPS next day air, UPS 2nd day air, and UPS 3 day select. Prices are dependant upon package weight and dimensions.

8. All orders are shipped out within two to five days after an order is placed.

9. All Orders are packed in cardboard and foam. We have over eighteen years of experience shipping and packing canvas transfers and posters.

10. Orders are not insured. We have been making and shipping canvas transfers and prints for over eighteen years. It is extremely rare for an order to arrive damaged. If there is any problem with the condition of your canvas transfer, print, or poster we will immediately replace the item or you have the option of receiving a complete refund.

11. If any shipment is damaged, you are entitled to a complete refund . We of course also offer to replace the item at no charge. We have over eighteen years of experience packing and shipping prints and canvas transfers. We have had very few returns due to problems with the condition of an item upon arrival. In fact we have had very few returns period. Ninety percent of our business is return business.
